Vice President JD Vance said the Epstein files rollout was handled poorly by the Trump administration, putting the focus on how the release was communicated. He made the remarks in an interview released Wednesday on The Joe Rogan Experience.
Vance also pushed back on the idea that officials intentionally kept information hidden. Instead, he said the main mistake was in the administration’s public messaging around the Epstein files and the release of records tied to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
