A Fresno house party shooting turned deadly Saturday night, leaving 26-year-old Marione Tsegay dead after police say a heated exchange escalated into gunfire. Detectives said the confrontation happened at a home in Fresno before shots rang out, cutting short the life of a young woman who had been building a career in health care.
