Kissoon, who is 39, says Hoerning, 51, courted her after meeting her at a Long Island strip club in late 2024 and began bombarding her with calls and text messages. Kissoon says she called Hoerning’s wife, Nicole, on May 26 to reveal the alleged affair. The next evening, she says, Hoerning went to a Suffolk County police precinct and sought her arrest. The doctor reportedly accused Kissoon of threatening his family, including claims that she intended to hire violent men and attack his wife. Those allegations were included in a sworn petition filed last month.
